 2. Raw Meat and Unpasteurized Cheese

 Undercooked meat and unpasteurized cheese contain harmful chemicals, which can harm mother and child.  If you are eating meat, then cook it at 145 degrees.  Such foods are harmful for health.

 3. Second Hand Smoking

 Secondhand smoke (smoke emanating from another person's smoke) is like poison for you and your child.  If someone is seen smoking near you, then distance should be made immediately.  There are some toxic substances such as paint, smoke, disinfectants, herbicides, fungicides etc. should be exposed to exposure.

 4. Do not miss visiting doctor periodically
